Life Christian Centre respects your privacy. This policy explains how HOPE ALIVE Broadcast Control Centre (“HOPE ALIVE”) handles information when authorised church personnel use the broadcast management system.

2. Information We Handle

HOPE ALIVE may process administrator account details, including email addresses and securely stored authentication information. When an administrator connects a YouTube or Facebook account, the system may store the connected account's name and identifier, authorised permissions, and encrypted access credentials needed for the integration.

The system may also record administrative activity, broadcast schedules, and operational information.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used to authenticate authorised personnel, manage church broadcast preparations, maintain connected platform accounts, support system security, and operate the broadcast management service.

4. Third-Party Services

HOPE ALIVE may connect to Google and YouTube, Meta and Facebook, and hosting services used to operate the system. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and applicable terms.

Connecting an account authorises only the permissions approved by the account holder and supported by the integration.

5. Security and Retention

We use access controls and technical safeguards intended to protect stored information. Social-platform credentials are encrypted before being stored. Access is restricted to authorised system functions.

Information is retained only as needed for operational, security, and legitimate administrative purposes, subject to applicable requirements.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate HOPE ALIVE or disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect the system and its users.

7. Your Requests and Data Deletion

For questions about personal information, or to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with HOPE ALIVE, contact hopealiveoflcc@gmail.com.

We will review requests and take appropriate action, subject to security checks and any applicable legal or operational retention requirements. You may also revoke HOPE ALIVE's access through the relevant Google or Meta account settings.
