2. Use the subject line HOPE ALIVE — Data Deletion Request.

3. State the account or service concerned (YouTube, Facebook, or HOPE ALIVE) and provide enough information for us to identify your request.

4. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Do not send your password, authentication tokens, or other confidential login credentials.

What Happens Next?

After verifying your request, we will review the information associated with your account and delete the eligible personal data we control, subject to applicable legal, security, and record-retention requirements.

Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security purposes.

If you connected Google or Facebook to HOPE ALIVE, you can also revoke the application's permissions through the relevant account settings.
